In the ever-evolving world of League of Legends, patch 13.13 brings a plethora of changes that will significantly impact gameplay. This article provides a comprehensive rundown of these updates, focusing on champion buffs and nerfs, system adjustments, and item modifications.

Champion Buffs

Two formidable champions, Lee Sin and Nidalee, are set to receive buffs in this patch. Lee Sin’s Q1 and Q2 abilities will benefit from an increased AD ratio, making him an even more formidable opponent. Nidalee, on the other hand, will enjoy a movement speed increase of 5. This might seem insignificant, but considering Nidalee’s passive movement speed steroid and the impact of the blue smite, this change could make her a more potent threat on the battlefield.

Champion Nerfs

However, not all champions are getting stronger. Annie, a popular choice for both mid and support roles, will see a nerf to her Q ability. This change will make it more challenging for Annie to one-shot opponents, altering her gameplay dynamics significantly. Aphelios, a champion that has been a significant force in the competitive scene, will also face several nerfs. These include a reduction in the duration of the Gravitum slow, a nerf to the Severum attack and ability healing, and a decrease in his turret’s attack speed.

Ivern, a champion known for his imbalance in recent patches, is finally being addressed. His base damage and AP scaling are being reduced, and Daisy, his trusty sidekick, will be slower and deal less damage. Kindred is also receiving changes, losing base armor and health but gaining bonus HP. These changes will make her more vulnerable but not necessarily a bad choice, considering her bruiser route itemization.

Neeko, a champion known for her no counterplay ult combo, is also being adjusted. Her ultimate will now break disguise, allowing opponents to react properly. This will directly impact that big tip we offered in our Neeko guide, so adjust accordingly! Additionally, her primary wave clear and poke tool will have a cooldown nerf, and her W ability will receive an early game nerf.

The patch also brings changes to other champions like Rek’Sai, Varus, Vi, and Wukong. Rek’Sai’s base AD and base health are being lowered due to her increased tankiness from the stride breaker Cleaver build. AP Varus is being nerfed, with his W’s on-hit ratio and detonation ratio being lowered. Vi will be less tanky, and her ultimate will have a higher cooldown. Wukong’s E ability is being nerfed, reducing its monster mod from 120 to 100 percent.

Regarding system adjustments, Israel in the jungle will face nerfs to her base health regeneration, magic resistance, and W-based shield amount. However, the monster damage from her Q and E abilities will be buffed, along with a significant early-game buff to her unmounted attack speed.

Item Changes

Item changes are also a significant part of this patch. Statikk Shiv is losing its minion AP ratio, and the AP ratio of the item is being lowered. Stormrazor is losing its AP ratio entirely, and the flat damage is increasing massively. Essence Reaver’s base AD ratio is increasing, but the bonus AD ratio is being lowered.

In conclusion, the 13.13 patch brings many changes that will significantly impact the game. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a newcomer, understanding these changes is crucial to improving your performance and staying ahead of the competition. As always, keep adapting to the ever-evolving world of League of Legends and continue to improve your gameplay strategies.
