We’re most of the way through Patch 13.13, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty that you can learn from the tier list coming out of the highest levels of play! Our experts have examined the gameplay at the top, and adjusted our tier lists accordingly. Check it out to see where your champion of choice ended throughout 13.13.

Top Lane Tier List

Starting with the Top Lane, consider choosing Cassiopeia. She’s a formidable opponent who can dominate most laners while also scaling impressively into the late game. Cassiopeia’s strength lies in her ability to bully her opponents with her poison-based abilities while maintaining a strong presence throughout the game.

To maximize her potential, start with the Rod of Ages. This item provides a solid foundation of health, mana, and ability power, which scales over time. Follow this up with Seraph’s Embrace, which not only provides a significant boost to your ability power but also converts your mana into a shield, increasing your survivability in fights. Finally, build Rylai’s Crystal Scepter to slow your enemies with your abilities, making it harder for them to escape your onslaught.

This build transforms Cassiopeia into a resilient tank, capable of continuously using her E ability. However, be cautious when facing Renekton. His aggressive playstyle and potential for solo kills can be a challenge for Cassiopeia. Always keep a safe distance and call for jungle assistance when necessary.

Jungle Tier List

Moving into the Jungle, Nidalee is a strong contender. Known for her versatility and mobility, Nidalee is a champion who can control the jungle effectively. Thanks to a recent movement speed buff, she’s now even more agile and deadly. For her, the Night Harvester is an ideal Mythic item. It provides ability power, health, and ability haste, and its passive allows Nidalee to deal additional damage to enemies.

Alternatively, the Hextech Rocketbelt can also be effective, offering a dash that can be used for either engaging or escaping. Pair these with Sorcerer’s Shoes for magic penetration and Shadowflame for additional damage based on the enemy’s health. With this build, Nidalee becomes an unstoppable force, leaping over walls to secure kills and control objectives.

Mid Lane Tier List

Over in the Mid Lane, Azir stands out as a champion who has greatly benefited from recent changes in patch 13.13. Known for his unique playstyle that involves commanding soldiers to fight for him, Azir is a champion that offers both strong poke and all-in potential. You can opt for Liandry’s Anguish with Lethal Tempo and Nashor’s Tooth for a build that focuses on sustained damage. Liandry’s Anguish burns enemies over time and provides ability power and mana, while Nashor’s Tooth enhances Azir’s attack speed and ability power.

Alternatively, you can choose Luden’s Echo with Conqueror for a burst-oriented build. However, mastering Azir requires significant mechanical skill and game knowledge, so be prepared to invest time in learning to play him effectively.

Bot Lane Tier List

For the bot lane, Draven is a solid choice. Known for his high-risk, high-reward playstyle, Draven can snowball games if played correctly. Utilizing The Collector and Bloodthirster, Draven can transform into a formidable tank. The Collector provides bonus damage to low-health enemies and grants gold on kills, while Bloodthirster provides life steal and an overheal shield.

For a strategy that’s even more of a gamble which may pay off big, rush Infinity Edge into Essence Reaver. Infinity Edge enhances critical strike damage, and Essence Reaver provides ability haste and restores mana on critical hits. If you’re already ahead, this build can lead to some truly spectacular plays with just a single crit.

Support Tier List

Finally, in the Support role, both Rell and Senna shine. Rell’s kit, stats, and itemization choices make her a powerful ally. Her abilities allow her to engage enemies, disrupt their formations, and protect her allies. Her cost-effective items like Even Shroud, Knight’s Vow, and Abyssal Mask provide immense benefits for both her and her teammates. Even Shroud grants bonus resistances, Knight’s Vow redirects some of the damage your ally takes to you and heals you for a portion of their damage, and Abyssal Mask increases the damage enemies take when you immobilize them.

Senna, on the other hand, offers flexibility in her build paths. With Eclipse and Rapid Firecannon, Senna can harass opponents from a great distance, whittling down their health before they can retaliate. Eclipse provides a shield and bonus damage on hit, while Rapid Firecannon increases your attack range and energizes your attacks.
